Your work here will help organisations of all shapes and sizes work smarter and grow faster. As a Senior Associate in our Forensics & Financial Crime team your impact will be seen by:Supporting the delivery of engagements relating to anti-money laundering, counter-terrorism financing, sanctions, fraud risk management and forensic investigations.Advising clients on appropriate financial crime risk, compliance against regulatory requirements and governance frameworks.Being involved in the delivery of crucial business insights to clients through written reports and data visualisations.Supporting the broader team in developing strategies to assist our clients in adapting to legal, regulatory and industry changes.Supporting the development of proposals and presentations for prospective and current clients.Developing relationships built upon trust with senior stakeholders and executives.Working with Risk Partners, Directors and Managers in our Canberra, Melbourne and Sydney practice.Coaching and mentoring junior staff, and building an inclusive and positive working environment across our national team.About you You have a background in financial crime risk, regulation, compliance and:Show an ability to think commercially and to contribute to engagement delivery, practice development and thought leadership.Have a client mindset and ability to anticipate client needs as well as identifying opportunities where we can support the client in executing their strategies.Communicate with impact – you’re able to build relationships effectively with internal and external clients.Have good team leadership attributes with the ability to lead, coach and a passion to drive career development for team members.Previous experience within Financial Services and /or State and Federal Government would be beneficial in this role.
