As a Senior Business Partner in our Financial Advisory Team your impact will be seen by:  Translating business strategies into people priorities, and serving as a strategic advisor to various leadership teams across Financial Advisory by collaborating with, advising and challenging to drive performance and employee experience. Partnering with business leaders to identify, advocate and enable projects that drive commercial culture and improve organisational effectiveness and business performance.  Leading transformation efforts, identifying the need for change and directing the implementation of and adaptation to new or changing structures.  Unlocking the potential capability of senior leaders and the business teams they work with, building a trusted and value-add relationship.  About you   You are an experienced HR Business Partner with strong influencing, strategic thinking and planning skills. You are able to execute and deliver major change initiatives to completion, and have a proven track record of supporting and challenging clients.  You have strong business and commercial acumen, a thorough understanding of contemporary HR issues coupled with analytical capability, and you are skilled in transformation and change management in large,complex organisations. In addition, you are comfortable leading and operating in ambiguity, adapting quickly to changing priorities and known for strong ethics and judgement.
