Job Description Phone-based Sales Role Working From Home - $27.40 per hour + Super Ongoing training and SupportMultiple Positions AvailableThe opportunity:We work with a company in the renewable energy industry located in Box Hill.We are looking for Sales Consultants to join the team to sell a range of innovative energy products and services.This is a phone-based role handling incoming calls from customers starting on the 15th Feb 2021.There will be some administration and data entry associated with this role, however the main priority for you is to provide quality service and close the sale.There will be full training provided which - a mixture of ‘classroom’ and on the job training. You'll also receive support from the leaders of the business who are there to get the best from you.The successful applicants must be able to work from home - You will be completing training from home as well as working from home until further notice.To be able to work from home:You must have your own P.C, Laptop or Mac with a webcam - you may be required to attend Zoom meetings and training sessions.A high speed stable internet connectionA mobile phone with camera and videoYou must be tech savvyWhat you need to know:This role is Monday to Friday working between the hours of 8:00am - 7:00pm. (Up to 38 hours per week)Once everyone is able to return to the office you can drive to work, OR catch public transport because they are right near a tram stop and a train stationWhat we are looking for:We're seeking candidates with call centre or phone-based experience. Experience selling solar systems and products will be highly regarded.Sales experience - whether it's call centre sales, retail, door to door or perhaps something else, we would like to hear from you.You don't take things personally. Dealing with upset customers is no biggie for you, like water off a duck’s back.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
