Job Description

Our client is a leader within their field, are currently looking to expand their team of enthusiastic, friendly, dynamic individuals in their Contact Centre! With multiple positions available this is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is ready to take the next step in their Customer Service career. As a Customer Service Consultant you will play an integral role by providing excellent service support to consumers or business clients ensuring you assist them with their enquiries and providing the highest level of service, offering the right solution and outcome. Motivated, positive and enthusiastic by nature, you will have demonstrated experience working in a busy, multi-tasking environment providing an outstanding level of customer service. You will be:Delivering an exceptional experience and enjoy interacting with customers to identify their needs;Taking inbound customer service calls assisting either consumer or business clientsCreating a simple and brilliant customer experience, offering solutions that best meet the customers’ needs;Building strong relationships and working towards understanding the customer’s needs;Be attentive and a active listener at all timesYou will confidently work with clients to solve their enquiries and offer additional services and productsWorking in an agile and ever-changing work environment with constant support and leadership guidance. Who we’re looking for:People who have Inbound Customer Service experience;Experience working in a contact centre, retail or sales;Proven experience in solving problems and strong negotiation skills;The ability to build customer relationships quickly;Can learn and use multiple systems rapidly;Excellent listening skills along with a friendly personality and a genuine desire to help people and offer valueThe proven ability to meet KPI’sAs a strong communicator, you’ll feel comfortable responding to general enquiries relating to a range of products and services – and don’t worry, full training and ongoing support will be provided! Paying 28.86 per hour plus super and penalties if applicable. Rotating roster between 7.00 am – 8 pm working 36.75 hours per week (full time hours). For our client, it’s all about their people! We’re looking for Customer Service and sales experts, who are passionate about delivering an exceptional experience and enjoy interacting with customers to identify their needs. Your goal is to create a simple and brilliant customer experience! Successful candidates must be able to commence on 9th of March and be flexible to work full time hours on a rotating roster Monday – Friday.
