Job Description

As a New Business Consultant in our Life Insurance & Investments Division you will be responsible for the efficient creation and completion of new business applications, as well as overseeing the maintenance of existing life insurance policies of our members. We are recruiting these roles with a start date in late March. This role will see you creating new business proposals, indexing / data entry of newly received applications, managing written and telephone enquiries regarding existing policies and following up outstanding documentation including medical records. In addition, you will liaise with internal/external stakeholders to ensure the efficient completion of new applications whilst providing an exceptional level of service to members. As you build on your existing administrative and customer service skills, we’ll provide you with excellent training to support you in learning about Zurich’s Life Risk products, processes and policies. As you learn and grow in the role, you’ll have autonomy to organise and action your own daily workload. As a highly organised person with a proven track record of providing an exceptionally high quality of service and support, you will enjoy being a part of a professional and supportive Operations team. You will be able to utilise your fantastic written and verbal communication skills as well as use your detailed and proactive approach to problem solving.
