A leading property group based in the heart of Sydney CBD are currently looking to bring in Financial Analyst to join their high performing finance team in what is a key role within the business. Working closely with the CFO & Deputy CFO, this role will offer a broad range of exposure across finance and the wider business. The key duties will include but not be limited to: Preparing analysis for month reports Developing financial models across the group to help drive decision making Managing the budgeting and forecasting process Working with key business stakeholders to help influence key business decision makers Assisting with general accounting tasks as required Exposure to strategic decision making processes Assisting with the modelling of potential scenarios, acquisitions and feasibility proposals Assisting with debt structuring and portfolio valuations Driving process improvement and efficiencies The perfect candidate for the role would be: CA Qualified Around 3-5 years experience within a Big 4 or large chartered environment Keen to learn and develop with some great mentors Have great communication skills to work with a range of stakeholders If you are keen to be considered for this role, please click apply or email Callum Jones-Bray on CallumJB@axr.com.au
