Following a strong 2020 in spite of a Covid-19 my client, a well known market leader are looking to bring in a Senior Financial Analyst to help drive their FP+A function during a period of growth and change. The role will be a great blend between big picture FP+A work whilst also working closely with all aspects of the business to drive positive change throughout the business. As a key member of the finance team, the key duties of the role will include: Full FP+A exposure Helping lead the budgeting and forecasting process Management of corporate overhead spends with co Analysis of results to provide commercial insights to the business Driving commercial decision making within the business Partner with key business stakeholders including sales and marketing Challenging business assumptions being a key business stakeholder Driving revenue growth initiatives across the business Driving cost efficiencies across the business Development of reporting and analysis tools Continuous improvement of processes and systems to drive efficiencies Ad hoc duties as required by the business The ideal candidate for this role will have: A CA/CPA qualification Around 5 years FP+A experience Experience as a key business stakeholder A commercial mindset Great communication skills both written and verbally to liaise with stakeholders If you would like to find out more, please apply or email Callum Jones-Bray on CallumJB@axr.com.au
