Here are some specifics about the opportunity:Prepare & present strategic financial plans to prospective clients & provide ongoing strategic & investment reviews to existing clientsProvide expertise & support to a specific market segmentDevelop new business by completing prospecting activities & converting leads provided from a variety of sources, including client referrals & introductions from alliance partnersParticipate in & conduct seminars organised by Perpetual Private & follow up leads as requiredMaintain deep advice relationships with existing clients and seek referrals from these clientsCross sell fiduciary/philanthropy/tax/risk advisory services & product opportunities to client baseCollaborate in the development of the Pod business plan & implement business plan, including channels to generate new business & referral sourcesCollaborate with the paraplanning team, Associate Financial Advisers and other internal teams to manage the preparation of strategic financial plans and other ongoing workflowWhat you will need to succeed:To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills and experience could include:Working towards a FASEA approved pathway, FASEA relevant degree, ADFP, DFP, Financial Services or equivalentCompletion of mandated CPD training & development each year10 years in financial services industry experience and a minimum 5 years financial planning experienceBusiness development skills with strong networks in aligned specialist segmentProvision of financial advice to specific client segment coupled with strong relationship building skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrategic financial planning and advisory skillsDesirable experience in providing Financial Advice to a specific client segment eg.
