Requisition Title - Business Analyst, Financial CrimeJob Number: - AUS125931Description Foster collaboration across the team An opportunity to join an innovative and high-performing team A 12 month opportunity in Melbourne CBD About The Role Role Location: 839 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008 Role Type: 12 Month Fixed Term As the Business Analyst, you will be supporting the Senior Project Manager, Financial Crime Portfolio for a large Risk and Compliance program, and will be responsible for working with stakeholders to understand the business needs, key pain points support the management and delivery of solutions. Your tasks as a Business Analyst may include may include: Working with project stakeholders to analyse and synthesise information, relying on tools such as data analysis, process analysis and stakeholder engagement Understanding the organisational context, identify and understand the business problem and the impact of proposed solutions on ANZ’s operations Translating business objectives into requirements and solutions complete analysis activities such as testing, process mapping, planning and change/impact management Working collaboratively to generate key project artefacts including the preparation of reports, data, plans, processes, training Ultimately supporting the project to elicit, document and manage the requirements throughout the project or program end to end.
