An exciting opportunity for a Finance Business Partner is available within the Financial Planning & Analysis team at Western Health. This position is based at the Sunshine and Footscray Hospital.Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner, you will provide business planning, performance reporting and financial analysis services to support key stakeholders across various business units within the organisation. Specifically to understand business needs, assessing the financial impact of operational initiatives, capturing, analysing and documenting requirements and then supporting the communication and delivery of those requirements with relevant parties.Your excellent verbal and written communication skills will enable you to effectively present business ideas, financial data and performance analysis to a wide range of audiences. Your superior stakeholder management and interpersonal skills will allow you to work seamlessly with the finance team, operation mangers, divisional directors and executive directors of WH. You must have extensive knowledge of business management including budget development, forecasting, costing, analysis, and reporting.
