You will also be working collaboratively with internal and external services/stakeholders and provide client referral and consultancy with appropriate agencies.</div> <div> </div> <div>Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:</div> </div> <div style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;"> <ol> <li>Consistently demonstrates behaviours that reinforce the CORE Values of our organisation; Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment. Demonstrates these behaviours with all stakeholders; colleagues, direct reports, as well as our patients and consumers, and those that care for them.</li> <li>Recognised qualifications suitable for a mental health professional, with current registration through the relevant Professional Board of the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, or eligibility for Membership for Social Workers with the AASW.</li> <li>Demonstrated current clinical knowledge and experience to effectively manage clinical issues in the assessment and treatment of people with drug and alcohol problems.</li> <li>Previous experience in the assessment and/or management of people with co-morbid substance use disorders and mental health problems.</li> <li>Experience in health promotion, quality projects, accreditation and ability to help with research.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, liaise with key stakeholders and provide education to other health professionals, and the boarder community on drug and alcohol issues.</li> <li>Sound communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to document accurately, write clearly and succinctly, and consult effectively with others.</li> <li>Competency in the use of information and communication technology, including standard office software, for email, internet , analysis of clinical data, and clinical documentation.
