It does this by delivering informed investment options through planning and delivering infrastructure and deployment of asset management processes, including property. Position title: Executive Director, Development Classification: SES2 Position number: 80005285 Salary range: $249,701 - $360,000 per annum plus superannuation Group: Network Integration Reports to: Ben Phyland, Head of Rolling Stock Development Usual work location: 567 Collins Street, Melbourne (Flexibility may be available) Employment type: Full Time (Flexibility may be available) Duration: Fixed term – 5 years Purpose of this roleThe Executive Director, Development is responsible for successful delivery of rolling stock business cases, strategies and initiatives. Reporting to the Head, Rolling Stock Development, this position is responsible for the development of comprehensive and highly complex briefings, business cases, submissions and managing a pipeline of procurements to meet transport network requirements.Key Requirments Leadership: Demonstrated leadership attributes with a proven ability to motivate individuals to deliver high quality outcomes. Technical: Demonstrated high level extensive experience and success in senior roles within major rail transport or complex infrastructure projects/programs.Drive for results: To demonstrate the ability to drive a high achieving and high performing culture with proven expertise in the delivery of large complex projects.Collaboration & influence: The successful candidate will have a track record of developing constructive relationships with key senior internal and external stakeholders and negotiating at senior levels across government.
