We also provide expert advice and services to the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Commission (SRCC), andSeafarers Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Authority (Seacare Authority).The Strategic Programs team is responsible for initiating, designing and implementing national, evidence-based programs and initiatives that drive business improvement for the Comcare scheme.Strategic Programs will deliver programs of work, that are characterised by being diverse, multi-pronged and multi-stakeholder focused.The team has a strong focus on delivery of outcomes, it will do this through evolving and maturing the evaluation of programs to deliver a cohesive program of work that is able to be translated and embedded across the scheme. The team will work collaboratively with one another and across the business to deliver a positive impact for the scheme. The Assistant Director, Strategic Programs is responsible for leading and managing strategic programs and initiatives. The Assistant Director will require high level strategic and analytical skills through utilising data and evidence based approaches to develop, monitor and evaluate project outcomes.This position has a strong focus on identifying, developing, managing and sustaining stakeholder relationships to ensure achievement of outcomes that inform better practice across the scheme.Qualifications/ExperienceDesirable – Tertiary qualifications in health, disability or business-related fields.
