Once on Bushland site following best practice bush regeneration, Identifying priority weeds within work sites and using recommended treatment of weeds.Understand basic bush regeneration practices and methods.Carrying out chemical applications through back pack spraying or through neat application as permitted by manufacture labels.Under take hand weeding and other manual and mechanical weed control. Brush cutting, hedger and chainsaw operations Identify native plants and protect them with best practices methods of bush regeneration.Chainsaw operation include cross cut and small tree fell, knowledge of maintenance of equipment and safety requirements for use required.Undertake tree planting actives include mulching, planting watering and tree guarding.Rubbish collection include litter, large items and dead animals.Regular housekeeping duties will include disposing waste collected during the day, maintenance and storing of equipment and Cleaning of vehicle.What do you need?Cert II/III in Conservation and Land Management 1+ years experience in a similar Conservation and Land roleFull C class drivers Licence Ability to safely and effectively operate all relevant equipmentDesirableChemcert qualificationsMR licenceChainsaw cert 1/2 If this sounds like the role for you please apply now!
