Clinical Nurse Immuniser, COVID- Vaccination Program writeAgency('Queensland Health');Queensland Health (Organisation site ( )) Sunshine Coast University Hospital, Birtinya An opportunity exists for a clinical nurse with sound knowledge of the National Immunisation Program Schedule, to provide nursing services in assessment, advice and management of vaccine and immunisation. Live, work and play on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. Join an expanding Health Service with a culture of innovation, education, training and research, with facilities across the Sunshine Coast including the new University Hospital at Birtinya.Key Responsibilities include:Contribute to positive patient outcomes by;- providing supervision, coordination and leadership to effectively assess, plan, manage and evaluate patient outcomes at an advanced practitioner level particularly for patients with unpredictable outcomes- using evidence based clinical practice that maintains patient safety- leading management and coordination of more complex patients- facilitating accurate and timely communication to drive effective multidisciplinary team functioning - role modelling best practice in clinical and professional domainsRemuneration value up to $ , comprising salary between $. - $.
