The occupant of this position will be involved in the delivery of a variety of tasks, including: Engaging in effective stakeholder management and utilising specialist knowledge to make evidence-based decisions and resolve complaints.Monitoring performance standards for service providers and analysing data trends for reports.Reviewing and providing recommendations on premium rate loading applications and appeals.Providing education and advice to service providers about performance to ensure they are compliant with principles and standards in accordance with legislation and regulations.To be successful in this position prospective applicants should have the skills outlined in the selection criteria. Desirable selection criteria Demonstrated knowledge of the Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management Act 1981. Possession of or progress towards a relevant tertiary qualification.
