Due to internal movements we have two opportunities available for two self-motivated individuals who are passionate about a career in Front Office of the Hotel Grand Chancellor Adelaide and the Chancellor on Currie. You will be responsible for the day-to-day Front Office operations using a hands-on approach and delivering consistently high standards of customer service. Key responsibilities for the role include: Providing efficient service for guest registration and departure, settling guest accounts and ensuring cashiering is accurate Handle all guest requests and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, ensuring interactions with our customers are positive and productive Have the necessary skills and training to actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by customers Representing and acting in the best interest of Hotel in the absence of senior management Assist to develop the skills and effectiveness of all Front Office employees by providing guidance, support training and leadership Drive up sell revenue and guest loyalty program GC rewards ensuring that monthly departmental targets are met Responsibility for the health and safety of all patrons, guests and staff members To succeed in this role you will: Have sound organisational skills with the ability to priorities Extensive experience in Front Office Operations Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team If you are interested in this opportunity, please forward your letter of interest to am2@hgcadelaide.com.au Applications close Friday 5th March
