You’re pioneering new paths, challenging assumptions, daring to think differently, and telling society to raise its bar higher.We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Financial Accountant – Customer Funds Management to provide quality and timely financial accounting services to Aruma’s external and internal customers.You will be working with the Senior Financial Accountant – Treasury to support streamlining Customer Funds Management processes and ensuring consistency across all entities within the organisation.What success looks like..Proven ability to work collaboratively across a multi-faceted organisation and with a wide range of stakeholders.Ability to provide interpretations meaningful to senior management, and makes recommendations and outlines needed actions.Strong interpersonal communication skills.High level computer literacy and confidence and capability in using systems and technology.Adaptability and flexibility for managing changeDemonstrated ability to manage a high-volume workload through planning and prioritisation.Working flexibly between home environment and office spaces as required.Skills and experience that make you stand out… CPA/CA qualified or working towards preferableExcellent interpersonal and active listening skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAble to resolve conflictHigh level of numeracy and literacyStrong administrative skills; time management, coordination of tasks, efficient work practicesAbility to build and maintain strong working relationships externally and internally.Experience with Great Plains would be highly regardedExcellent computer literacy and confidence and capability in using systems and technology – strong Excel skills will be well-regardedBe part of this dedicated, collaborative organisation and make a difference!
