This role will see you working alongside the APAC Marketing Manager to help implement the Marketing Plan through delivery of end-to-end marketing campaigns.We're after a highly motivated, hands-on, experienced Marketing Campaign Manager who can operate in the trenches in a varied role, engage with external social media and SEO agencies, and at times provide coverage for the Marketing Manager to ensure continuity in Marketing operations.This is a great career step for an intermediate level candidate looking to work across all facets of Marketing operations and campaigns.A high degree of flexibility exists with opportunity to split work between home and office in Melbourne's leafy eastern suburbs where easy public transport and parking options exist. RoleA highly varied hands-on role your key focus will be to:Manage and deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive sales (eg product launches, best-practice guides, state of industry reports, emails, landing pages, social posts)Drive ongoing monthly GoToWebinarsCreate eNewsletters and eDM's and compelling contentPlan and schedule social media posts monthly in conjunction with external Social agency (Linked In, Facebook)Market major tradeshows in Australia and NZ (approx. 4 per year)Provide monthly updates on internal and external referral programs and communicate and promote sales lead generationOwn and update content on the Australian and NZ websites (WordPress)Monthly reporting of campaign performance and marketing activities (eg social followers, open and click through rates, sales leads, webinar performance etc)Update and create new marketing collateral utilising existing flyers and templates (Adobe InDesign)Work in partnership with the Marketing Manager to deliver the APAC Marketing Plan Success Criteria You're a highly motivated, adaptable, resilient Marketing professional with tertiary qualifications with at least 5 years in a similar Marketing Campaign roleYou thrive on being busy and juggling multiple tasks in varied role in a small team of 2 Background in software product or SMEs preferred where it's all hands-on deck and you have worn multiple hats in small Marketing teams or have operated as a solo Marketing ManagerOutstanding communication skills and you can engage with the Executive Leadership Team, Sales, Customer Success, Finance and external SEO and Social Agencies with the utmost professionalismExperience with marketing automation / campaign automation tools (Pardot, MailChimp or similar)Experience creating compelling content - you're a wordsmith with Plain English digital content and WordPress skillsSolid Adobe InDesign and Adobe Creative SuiteExperience synthesizing Agency reporting, developing monthly Marketing reports on campaign performance.Above all, you're a team player with passion for Marketing and providing a supporting role to drive sales in a global software product business.
