They are highly awarded and regarded as being on the cutting edge of technology innovation within government, banks and enterprise oragnisations.Marketing - Case Study Program ManagerWe are looking to secure a talented marketer with project management skills to identify, connect and tell inspiring stories of their expertise in helping leading clients operates and succeed.You will manage the pipeline, recruitment and production of case studies and work in tandem with the Account Team and Marketing to identify and recruit clients to participate in named case studies in defined areas of business.Key TasksResponsible for creating high-quality and creative content, with a special focus on client stories, in collaboration with the Creative, Product and Corporate Marketing teamsResearch, identify, interview, and produce new content that drive the attention of the different personas in the target audienceWork in conjunction with the Account Team and CMO to identify and recruit clients for named case studies.Conduct discovery interviews with internal account teams to qualify case studyAbility to communicate case studies/ content to the writer based on information gathered from account & client interviewsManage all case studies through all stages on the case study lifecycle including identification, recruitment, discovery, authoring, production design, publishing and refresh/retireAbility to communicate to sales teams, pursuit teams, account teams about availability of new case studiesSkillsAbility to prioritise and work high volume workloads\Ability to multi-task while maintaining a keen attention to detail and be deadline driven.Ability to deal with last-minute changes and dead lines.Ability to manage interpersonal and professional relationships to successfully work with and influence others.Ability to identify different social styles and adjust style to provide others what they need/desireExcellent written and verbal communications and experience working with senior level management including Director,GM,and CxO level audiencesMUST HAVE Experience:3–5 years of relevant client engagement or other professional business experience required.Experience as a business professional in marketing or related fieldExperience as a project manager or similar role is requiredTechnical Competencies: MS Office SuiteWeare looking to start interviews asap.
