Job DescriptionJoin an integral organisation, renowned for precision in their steadfast services.Full-time Position Directly with The Company: $30.00-$40.00 P/h + Super.About the Company…The company specialised in the engineering fabrication services of structural steel, tray bodies, handrailing/balustrading, metalworks, sheet metal and general fabrication.About the Position…In this position, you will be responsible for material processing, welding (MIG, TIG, stick), component assembly, polishing, cropping, pressing, heat treatment and stress relieving of steels, painting, blasting and erection (on-site works). The position requires an ongoing certificate of engineering with experience in the manufacturing and fabrication sector. Further Duties Include:Interpretation of drawings and specification requirements.Ensure sufficient tasks are completed to carry work out safely.Perform assigned duties in a timely manner and ensure that work is performed as per the Job Card/ ITP schedule of works.About the Candidate… The ideal candidate will be an experienced and motivated fabricator with sound technical knowledge, good communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in a team environment. Having the ability to problem solve, together with a sound knowledge of General Fabrication and Steel Practices is vital to securing the position.
