Moving millions of people needs the skill and commitment of a talented workforce.The RoleThis position ensures that the professional standards and personal integrity of all staff employed within the Security Services Branch is maintained at a high level and in accordance to the legislation, policies and procedures that are relevant to those positions. It manages this branch’s disciplinary procedures which includes conducting investigations following allegations or complaints of breaches of policies by staff. This position also provides high level project support to management of the division through research, development and implementation of initiatives to ensure a safe and secure environment for passengers/customers whilst they are on the rail reserve.To be considered for this position you will require a relevant qualification and substantial experience in investigations related to corruption, crime and improper conduct. A knowledge of the PTA Act, Government Railways Act and associated regulations and by-laws, as well as industrial relations principles and the application of industrial instruments is required.
