Talk to us about any support or accessibility requirements you may need and how we support flexibility in the workplace.Wellbeing matters at Thales, and where possible we encourage a flexible work culture.Our OpportunityEffectively manage the daily maintenance of the physical infrastructure of the West Leederville site to ensure that it meets the needs of the organisation, ensuring a safe working environment for occupants.Implement Facilities plans and initiatives to ensure the provision of a safe working environment for all personnel on site.Ensure site compliance to relevant company, industry and government standards, practices and procedures as current and relevant for the business conducted at site in consultation with management and stake holders as required.About YouAppropriate Cert IV, Diploma or Degree in facilities or related discipline.Hold an Occupational First Aid qualification or ability to acquire.Practical Facility Management &/or Security experience.Knowledge and experience in Facility Management Systems, Procedures and Legislation.Working knowledge of building core services.Experience in communicating with landlords, property managers and regulatory authorities.Ability to provide innovative alternate working solutions to problems.Demonstrated understanding and application of applicable Standards, particularly ISO 41001, and ISO 14001.Good to KnowYou’ll get an email acknowledgement after you’ve applied, Thales strives to provide a personalised experience for all suitable applicants.
