SVHM is one of Australia's leading Catholic not-for-profit healthcare providers.About the DepartmentSt. Vincent’s Mental Health (SVMH) includes an adult area mental health service for the inner city areas of Yarra and Boroondara. About the RoleAn exciting opportunity currently exists for an Administration Assistant interested in working within the community mental health service. You are an experienced and skilled Administration Assistant with high level communication skills, who is looking for an opportunity to demonstrate their talent within this varied and busy role. The classification for this position is YC88 ($58,442 per annum pro rata).DutiesTemperature screening of staff and visitors to the serviceProvide the highest level of customer service to clients, their families and visitorsProvide general administrative support when requiredAt times may be required to work at other areas of St Vincent’s mental health.Qualifications, Skills and ExperienceHighly developed customer service skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated time management and organisational skillsSelf-directed, motivated and ability to work as part of a teamProven ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloadAbility to handle difficult situations and remain professional at all timesBenefitsSalary PackagingEmployee Assistance ProgramStaff Car Park
