The General Administration Assistant works in collaboration with the front office team in providing clerical and a high level of administrative support to the Catholic Education staff. The position contributes to preparing documentation, publications and reports and supports travel and reception duties. Essential Requirements • A commitment to Catholic ethos. • Demonstrated verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. • Three years’ experience in providing administrative support to Senior Management, including experience in dealing with confidential matters. • Proficient and demonstrated IT skills, including MS Office Suite. • Demonstrated capacity to take initiative and ownership of delegated tasks.
