Description About Us Back In Motion Mount Barker is a thriving practice with a team of eight physios, varying between 2-23 years of knowledge and experience. Our principal physio has a Masters of Musculoskeletal and Sports from The University of South Australia. We are passionate about delivering high quality care and clinical expertise to our clients and pride ourselves on providing holistic and evidenced based management for a multitude of sporting injuries and general musculoskeletal conditions. We offer a variety of modalities to enhance client care, including tailored Clinical Pilates and Functional Training sessions utilising the AxIT system, Dry Needling, Gaitscan and Shockwave Therapy. Our practice is a purpose-built facility with a fully furnished strength and conditioning gym and Pilates studio with reformers and a trapeze table. We are actively involved in many local community events throughout the year and have formed great partnerships with many of the local sporting clubs, schools and businesses in the hills district. . About the Role The role is a permanent full-time position. You will be supported and guided in building and maintaining a successful caseload of a variety of clients including musculoskeletal and spinal conditions, sports, aged care and Pilates. You will also have plenty of opportunity to continue to develop your clinical knowledge with weekly professional development sessions. For the right applicant there is opportunity to progress further down our career pathway as a clinical mentor. The salary range is between $70K - $90K per annum plus SGC plus full leave entitlements plus separate PD Fund. .
