About the roleBendigo Bank’s Business division has resourced our teams to ensure we can provide the high level of service and face to face relationships that our customers are looking for - and that gives us our competitive advantage.Known internally as a Middle Market Manager, in this role you will manage a commercial portfolio, responsible for complex lending ranging from $750,000 - $10 million. This is a small and mature portfolio and we are looking for someone who will grow the portfolio with a focus on increasing the diversity whilst maintaining and deepening your relationships with our existing customers.Key to your success will be: Relationship Building: Relationships are central to our customer value proposition, and you will use your own strengths in this area form strong networks with local industry, business and community groups and collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, including our company and Community Bank Branches Your approach to driving growth: Develop and implement your own localised plans. Lead key initiatives and host events that optimise our profile and growth prospects in the local community. Identify opportunities for deepening customer relationships. This is a full time, permanent position with flexible work options. You will be based in our Rosny Park business centre.
