About the roleLead, advise and deliver on regulatory and risk related considerations as they relate to the design and implementation of AMP’s new evolving operating model. Consideration of linkages between compliance risk framework elements like delegations of authority and the accountability regime and management of conflicts which give effect to ensuring that AMP remains “compliant by design.Responsible for considering compliance framework elements effective implementation including obligations across the licence management framework which includes delegations of authority, three lines of defence (3LoD), conflicts of interest and accountability regimes, as they relate to operating model changes.
