About the roleLead, advise and deliver on regulatory and risk related considerations as they relate to the design and implementation of AMP’s new evolving operating model. Consideration of linkages between compliance risk framework elements like delegations of authority and the accountability regime and management of conflicts which give effect to ensuring that AMP remains “compliant by design.Responsible for considering compliance framework elements effective implementation including obligations across the licence management framework which includes delegations of authority, three lines of defence (3LoD), conflicts of interest and accountability regimes, as they relate to operating model changes. The role will ensure that operating model design stays ‘compliant’ and all risk and regulatory considerations are assessed and evaluated through the design and implementation process as well as developing and managing regulator engagement plan, as it relates to operating model changes and keeping relevant ERM teams (including GRGT) informedMore specifically you will work with: Relevant ERM teams (L&G (Legal & Governance) where required) to assess changes and provide update to the delegations of authorityRelevant ERM teams to assess any potential conflicts of interest and design mitigants where requiredL&G teams to provide input to changes to accountabilities for Boards / CommitteesRelevant accountability regime teams / projects and the Trustee to ensure alignment and consistencyLicence Management to establish the BEAR and SEAR regimes which will transition to FARControl Room to advise on conflict related elements of the organisational constructAlign the overall construct of the CRMF that cascades through to the aligned frameworks (Licence Management, Privacy, Cyber, Financial Crime Compliance, Regulatory Engagement, etc.) With your exceptional stakeholder relationships management in place and the ability to multi-task and work in a project environment what we also look for in you: Minimum of 3-5 years working in regulatory or risk (BAU or project)Previous experience in the financial services sectorRegulatory compliance knowledge of ASIC and APRA specifically as they relate to financial institutions To be successful in this role you possess an exceptional organisational planning and implementation skills, outstanding results focus and superior attention to detail.You take pride in implementing and delivering your work in a rapidly changing business environment and you have the flexibility to work across many issues in support of a small team with a wide compass of responsibilities.If you would like to obtain further information or a copy of our Job Description please contact Milica Radomir on 02 9257 5036 Inclusion and diversityAMP welcomes people with all kinds of life and work experiences.
