The APAC Sales Strategy team provides MuleSoft’s leadership team with complex analyses and strategic insights to accelerate business performance across our entire cross-functional sales motion - we provide the analysis and insights that maximize the productivity of our Field organization and our customers’ success. The Senior Strategy Analyst / Strategy Manager will report to MuleSoft’s Head of Field Strategy for Asia Pacific and will work closely with our senior field leaders. The Senior Strategy Analyst / Strategy Manager will play a critical role requiring a mix of executive-level reporting, data analysis, process optimization and business operational support.The Senior Strategy Analyst / Strategy Manager will dive deep into our KPIs, testing well-formulated hypotheses with rigorous quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify trends, hotspots, and opportunities. Armed with data, you will champion change across field functions, securing buy-in and influencing behaviors at all levels to drive significant and lasting impact in the form of larger deals and higher win rates. The work will directly support many aspects of executive-level decision making at a high-growth software company including:Demand generation and pipeline analysisCreation of our go-to-market strategyBusiness forecasting and planningDesign of sales territoriesYou will have a high degree of attention to detail, a relentless curiosity, and possess a passion for creating innovative analysis to identify opportunities. You are able to balance operations with strategy and planning, are not afraid to ask difficult questions, and proactively seek the answers for them. You have a natural inclination to recommend and implement ways to improve the efficiency of our work.
