The financial services team is accountable for strategy development and execution, working with our banking and mortgage broker partners to build our capability and product offerings, leading sales management and engaging across the other lines of business in REA.What you will be doing…As the NSW/ACT State Manager you will support Smartline by driving the sales performance to achieve business growth and revenue targets by creating and supporting a thriving sales culture within the Franchise network. This includes: Building a strong collaborative culture across the NSW & ACT Franchise network Leading the state team to help the growth and development of each Franchisee’s businesses Set the benchmark in terms of industry professional standards and behaviours Deliver revenue & related business objectives for NSW/ACT End to end lifecycle management of Franchisees businesses from recruitment, to on boarding, growth, maturity and succession planning. Working closely with Group Office and REA FS teams to ensure we deliver best in class support for our Franchisees Quality business outcomes supported by best in class risk and compliance standards Drive change and best practices across a rapidly evolving digitised marketplace What we’re looking for…In our Smartline team, you can help us continue to be the most supportive franchise network in Australia.To do this, we need someone who has: Someone with an exceptional track record who can deliver results in a complex and fluid environment 8-10 years’ industry and sales experience (working with brokers and/or bankers) Strong mortgage lending experience Proven track record in business development Strong recruiting skills Ideally hold a Cert 4 and Diploma of Mortgage Broking Services Experience in leading sales teams and a strong communicator Strong learning agility Ability to coach and people manage Excellent relationship builder who uses influence to effectively manage conflict Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders But we don’t just look for someone based on their skills and expertise.
