Job Description

Skills & ResponsibilitiesWill be a commercial litigation lawyer at Senior Associate or Special Counsel level who is keen to move into a mid-tier. Barristers will be considered.Your workEngaging in a broad range of practice areas you will act in the following – litigious and non-litigious contract disputes, disputes involving claims and defences under the Corporations Act, partnership disputes, Director and shareholder rights, claims under the Australian Competition & Consumer law and mortgage disputes.Be active in alternative dispute resolution including attending mediations and settlement conferences in the interest of commerciality.BenefitsThe benefits to you will be the ability to be autonomous whilst having the support of one (1) partner, a Special Counsel, Associates and junior lawyers.
