We are looking for experienced and passionate subject matter experts in Hair and Beauty to share their skills and experience at the Clarence Correctional Centre. About you:To succeed in the role, you will need to be experienced within Hair or Beauty with 3 years industry experience. You are aware of current industry requirements and have a willingness to continue to obtain industry knowledge. You have the drive and engagement to share your knowledge and expertise within the industry with a diverse range of students. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to share information with your peers and students face to face. Working within an agile environment, you are quick to think on your feet and have the ability to be innovative and think outside the square. Within the work environment you will be focussed on the role at hand, supporting your students to obtain their qualifications for future career opportunities. The role of the TAFE teacher as a professional educator is to help, construct, guide and enhance the educative process.
