About the role: As we look to achieve continued growth within our Retail Convenience business, we have a newly established 12-month fixed term contract position available for an experienced Retail Services focused Project Manager. In the role you will contribute to the delivery of the Network Development Group’s development schedule including the delivery of new Fuel and Convenience sites, existing site modifications and upgrades in NSW. You will also manage budget forecasting, scheduling and on site relationships with Consultants, Contractors, Suppliers, Manufacturers, local authorities, as well as internal stakeholders and other Alliance partners. Key Responsibilities: Manage the financial and product scoping, planning, development and implementation of the NDG Business Plan to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Help identify standards and design processes which will drive efficient project delivery and reduce costs Collaborate cross functionally to ensure formats are innovative, sustainable and efficient Contribute to improvement strategies, striving for best practice in project services and the greater National Development Group in respect to processes and technology Ensure and drive compliance with corporate and statutory requirements with internal and external stakeholders About you: You will hold a tertiary qualification or equivalent in Architecture, Design, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Building Construction or Project Management together with being Trade Practices Compliant and have a practical, working knowledge of current Trade Practices. You will have minimum 5 years practical experience in a similar role within Retail, Convenience, Fuels or QSR. You will also demonstrate strong budgeting and forecasting knowledge and proven ability to sequence general construction and engage with contractors and consultants on site.
