As a leader, you’ll empower your staff to do the same, sharing your vision Allity-wide.About the OpportunityThe busy ambience of Elizabeth Vale fades away when you step into Little Para.Our home is designed to provide the very best in comfort, with quality services catering for all levels of permanent and respite care.Set in a truly home-like environment, rooms are spaciously appointed with private ensuites and good natural light. Residents can enjoy the warmth and welcome of the various lounge areas to relax, read a book or socialise with like-minded neighbours.We are actively seeking experienced & dynamic Registered Nurses to join our team on a casual basis. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of AM and PM shifts to cover periods of leave.Reporting to the Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing high quality clinical care to the elderly in line with aged care and Allity standards whilst working within a multidisciplinary team.About YouThe successful candidate must demonstrate the following: Current Division 1 Nursing Registration with AHPRA Experience in aged care - minimum 2 years’ experience ACFI experience desirable A passion for aged care – flexible and empathetic The ability to lead a team Strong interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of accreditation standards Excellent clinical skills Good organisational skills Excellent computer skills Ability to work well as part of a multidisciplinary team Right to work in Australia Flu Vaccination What We Can Offer Ongoing Training and Coaching Allity Central - range of employee benefits & discounts Employee Assistance Program Career pathways Please note: Our recruitment process involves the completion of a national police check.
