Fixed term part-time 32 hours maternity leave back-fill position.Ward 8 South is a 24 bed specialist palliative care in-patient unit, of which 24 beds are currently funded via the Department of Health and Human Services (sub –acute). Patient are admitted with life limiting illnesses and they are admitted for:Symptom ManagementComplex discharge PlanningEnd of Life careAustin Health is the major provider of tertiary health services, health professional education and research across 3 campuses in the northeast of Melbourne and state-wide. Austin Health is world-renowned for its research and specialist work in cancer, liver transplantation, spinal cord injuries, neurology, endocrinology, mental health and rehabilitation.Work with us!
