Typo started life back in 2009 with one store in Melbourne filled with unique, quirky and affordable stationery and gifts. We’ve grown to over 200 stores across 13 countries and we still love delivering everyday items with a twist through distinctive design, a little cheekiness and a lot of fun!

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an individual to join our team as a Buying and Planning Order Administrator. You will be responsible for supporting the Buying and Planning departments in all aspects of administration to ensure that all purchase orders are carried out with accuracy and efficiency. We are looking for someone who has a high level of attention to detail, planning and the ability to meet deadlines. It is essential that you are able to work autonomously and have the skillset to problem solve and make decisions. If you are highly organized, motivated and are customer obsessed like we are, then apply with us now.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Previous experience in retail or another fast-paced environment.
• Proficient skills in Microsoft excel is a must.
• Demonstrated experience in reporting and analysis.
• Excellent verbal and communicative skills.
• Self-motivated and results driven.
