ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our Cotton On production team as the Production Manager. You will work closely with our buyers, product developers and will connect daily with our overseas suppliers to ensure we are sourcing and producing quality product that our customers love. The key areas of focus for the Production Manager will be to manage costings, fabric and trim sourcing, coaching and mentoring product developers, ensuring product delivery timelines are followed, managing supplier folio and monitoring product quality and standards.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
· Proven ability to identify and develop high volume global product sourcing and production
· Highly experienced in dealing with off-shore suppliers, with a strong understanding of shipping and can think outside of the box to reduce costs
· Proven experience in sourcing supplier bases, including new supplier induction.
· Experience in product development, and fabric consolidation programs.
· Relevant tertiary qualification
