Your Purpose
As our new Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for identification, improvement, and delivery of training processes at Fonterra Campbellfield and Tullamarine sites.
Key elements of the role are:
Identifying and mapping the current state of training systems onsite, across all functions (Safety, Quality, Environmental, Production )
Conducting gap analysis on current state vs Fonterra standards and all prior audit recommendations and non-conformances
Building new training requirements for both sites
Coordinating onsite training and induction programmes
What you will bring
We are looking for someone with proven success in driving, coordinating, and creating training initiatives in an operational business, having been visible and hands-on within a blue-collar, site-based environment. Whilst understanding the need for process, attention to detail, and compliance, you will bring robust administrative and record-keeping skills yet be able to effectively communicate with the workforce at all levels.
With significant experience gained in a compliance-focussed role, you’ll have a passion for upskilling others, strong interpersonal skills as well as:
Experience in delivering site-based training
Experience working within an FMCG, Engineering, Manufacturing or similar industry
Experience in a continuous improvement training environment
Intermediate level of computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Success Factors)
