We are currently seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager for our key solutions portfolio across Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ). In this role you will be part of a growing and highly matrix team in planning and building out APJ wide and regional marketing programs to support the businesses across the End-User Computing, Multi-Clouds, Virtual Cloud Network, Security and/or Modern Applications portfolio.
You will be responsible for customer growth by developing and leading the implementation of cross-platform marketing efforts, product initiatives, or company strategy. This role will make critical contributions to the development and implementation of innovative omni-channel marketing strategies and will ensure longevity of these campaigns through lifecycle programming.
You should be a creative, customer focused, self-starter with strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills who value cross-functional team collaboration in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
This is an individual contributor role and this position will be based in Singapore.
The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Understand the global, APJ and regional solutions business goals and objectives, identify target audience, and to create & own the development and implementation of its overall integrated marketing strategy.
Collaborate and assist with the global and regional Marketing leads on building the regional overall short, mid and long-term integrated marketing plan.
Own strategic End to End (Demand Generation to Sales Conversion/Lead Nurture) 360 Degrees solution or cross-solutions focused campaigns, always-on programs & program creative development.
Build E2E Program Execution Plan by leading Customer Journey Mapping and Communication Touch Points Prioritization.
Manage E2E program execution and work with Digital Team to ensure those programs are implemented in time.
Manage campaign development, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects stay on track
Deliver reporting and insights that accurately measure the performance of campaigns, identifying areas opportunities and growth
Develop integrated marketing program briefs that clearly articulate communication objectives and success criteria for vendors/agencies to ensure timely execution and quality outcomes.
Select strategic partner vendors/agencies together and work with the sourcing team to process in the internal system if necessary.
Understand the digital marketing platforms (incl. Facebook, YouTube, Google Ads etc), marketing automation and CRM tool (Eloqua), leads/sales tracking platform (eg. SFDC) to build effective programs.
Engage with stakeholders to educate and lead the organizational transformation into 360 degrees marketing and digital mindset.
Eight (8) or more years of digital marketing campaign management experience including campaign development, media & creative strategies
Five (5) or more years of Project Management experience
Experience in analyzing digital/marketing results and optimizing to improve conversion.
Experience in building Integrated/Digital Marketing plans
Experience in working in regional role or working with multiple countries
Master’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing is preferred
Have some or deep understanding on one or more of the five solutions portfolio mentioned above.
Deep understanding of owned and paid digital marketing channels, and the full range of marketing techniques, disciplines, and methodologies
Strong understanding of customer and performance data, with a proven track record of compiling, analyzing, and synthesizing reporting
Solid teamwork and project management skills while working with partners from each of the marketing disciplines and hierarchy
Experience partnering with product marketing, growth marketing, brand, design, research and analytics teams in a large, fast-evolving organization
Think and communicate clearly, in a way that builds trust across functions and teams
Able to influence outcomes and people without reporting lines
