About the role
We are searching for Customer Service Officer’s to join our team in our Brisbane CBD office. As a critical member of our team, you will provide inbound customer service to assist our clients in resolving their enquiries. Key responsibilities:
• Receiving a high volume of inbound calls
• Work with clients to understand their needs
• Apply problem solving to assist customers in resolving their enquiries
• High volume data entry
• Currently Recruiting for various December start dates
