Job Description

Key responsibilities:
• Membership engagement and retention
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• The ability to build strong, long term, customers relationships.
• Handle inbound and outbound enquiries
• Generate and exceed new membership targets and KPI’s
What’s in it for you?
• Hours Retention Specialist - Permanent Full time 38 hours per week
• Hours Sales Advisor - Permanent Part time minimum 25 hours per week.
• Roster: Flexible work roster from Monday to Friday, 8am – 7pm with the occasional Saturday 8am – 4pm
• Training: 1 week of paid training to fully equip you with the required skills
• Team Culture: Team culture is of great importance we build on this with incentives and team building days.
• Incentives: Monthly and Quarterly Incentive Programme – metric and quality focussed
• Impact: Motivating work with a strong community impact
• Professional Development: We offer personal and professional development through dedicated upskilling and training.
• Hourly Rate: $22.22
• Start Date: 27 January 2021

• Ability and drive to consistently exceed sales targets and KPI’s
• Resilience and goal focused
• The ability to gain product and systems knowledge quickly.
• A proven ability to overcome objections and constantly deliver a positive experience
• Demonstrated strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Responsiveness to coaching and the ability to take on feedback
