The IAM team aim to simplify and automate the management of all the various accounts and system access our team members have during their time at Woolworths Group which is referred to as the Joiner, Mover, Leaver process.

As an Identity Service Delivery Lead, you will play a critical role in this service by ensuring that we implement and maintain security controls, running of critical security tools, monitoring and actioning processes and procedures related to lifecycle & provisioning across the Woolworths Group. You will do this by using your problem solving, negotiation, and customer focussed skills in managing the service that is being delivered by the IAM Squad. This will include continuous imporvement, ensuring that responsibilities are met with our teams and partners, which will the team to success deliver a success service.

Some of the technical solutions you will be exposed to include:
- Identity Management (SailPoint, IBM, Dell, SAP IdM, etc)
- Privileged Access Management (CyberArk, Centrify, SAP GRC Access Control)
- Public and Private Cloud IAM
- Directories (Active Directory, Azure, LDAP)
- Two Factor Authentication
- Single Sign-on and Federation (Okta, SailPoint, Ping)
- ITSM (ServiceNow, Zendesk, Remedy)
