About The Role
Role Location: Perth Metro Area
Role Type: Permanent Part-time (25 hours per week)

This role will have an enhanced focus on Digital Education, for both staff and our customers working with them to improve the knowledge and skill set around ANZ’s digital offerings. As such we are looking for someone who is tech savvy, has the confidence to greet customers, can articulate themselves well and deal with objections in a calm and professional manner.
As a Banking Consultant, your role is to provide our customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer’s end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations and educating them on digital solutions. You will be part of a collaborative team and will act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.
You will be tech savvy, articulate, with a passion to share knowledge, and deliver on our Customer Promises to ensure customers leave the branch as strong advocates of ANZ.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have skills, knowledge and experience in the following:
• Simple lending (including credit cards, personal loans, transaction accts, basic insurance)
• Role models a strong customer focus
• Ability to multi-task, highly adaptable to change and ambiguity
• Proactive, shows initiative
• Active user and promoter of technology
