We are seeking for an Organizational Change manager within our DXC Consulting family.
DXC Consulting guides organisations on their digital transformation. We understand that success on your digital journey requires depth of expertise in multiple areas as well as a holistic delivery approach. We have the technology independence, global talent and extensive partner alliance to help you get there.
You must a Baseline Clearance or have the ability to obtain one for this role.
About your role:
You will work hand-in-hand with our clients to shape, simplify and scale their business transformation journeys. Central to this role is your ability to lead, influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders in complex and challenging environments. With an extensive background in creating change within the public sector, you will help our clients to:
Shape the Business Transformation Agenda:
 Co-design business transformation strategy, business models and blueprints that will drive value and outcomes for agency
 Create and influence the business case for change
 Leverage your expertise and experience to establish trust and maintain momentum amongst senior leaders
Simplify the Path to Value
 Shape and deliver the transformation initiatives by effectively leading and engaging with multi-disciplinary teams
 Align business objectives across functions and facilitate a collaborative working culture
 Adopt a pragmatic and methodology-agnostic approach to delivering complex programs of work
Scale their Desired Ways of Working
 Enable an innovative, value-driven continuous improvement culture
 Create sustainable change by putting the human experience at the forefront of the transformation agenda
Who you are:
You are passionate about working with clients to achieve their business outcomes. You are:
 A strategic thinker that can quickly instil trust and confidence with senior stakeholders
 Deeply experienced in the areas of business strategy, business case, value realisation, operating model or digital/ business transformation
 A safe pair of hands that is fluent and highly proficient with Agile, Waterfall and Human Centred Design methodologies
 Passionate about leading, coaching and inspiring others in complex and challenging environments
 Proven in your excellent ability to effectively communicate and engage with all levels of the organisation
 Flexible, adaptive and possess a strong desire to help generate new business development opportunities
