This role is a critical role within national operations of DXC Connect (can be based in either ACT, Sydney or Perth) and is seeking a self driven, experienced and customer centric individual who has the desire to make every aspect of the job successful and is a trusted advisor within the business. This is a hands-on role requiring individual to own the end to end processing of customer orders including purchasing, logistics and billing.
The primary purpose of this role is to support manage key account by providing an end to end post sales support to sales, service and delivery team in managing entire supply chain function. This role will also need to manage relationship with key vendors, cross functional teams to ensure smooth and seamless operations from procure to pay cycle. This role is to provide extended support to sales in wining and retaining customers through exceeding in providing exception service.
Role Responsibilities:
 End to end management of customer orders that are high value in nature.
 Monitor open orders, billing, inventory and other key reports
 Liaising with internal and external customers to help facilitate issues around post sales operations
 Manage escalations, process and efficiency of delivery of equipment both from the vendor or from own warehouse.
 Coordinate with operations team to build a customer facing reports as and when required
 Hands on professional who will not hesitate to learn end-to-end post sales operations
 Purchasing via vendor online ordering tools and other supporting systems.
 Facilitate and support industry teams to ensure we continuously support the tier 1 accounts within DXC Technology coverage account portfolio
 Provide support to all other administrative and operational duties as required within the department
Skills and Experience:
 SAP experience
 Minimum 5 years in stock management, post sales and customer service environment
 Excellent organisational and administrative skills
 Manage time effectively and be able to prioritise to meet deadlines
 Excellent attention to detail
 PC Skills including MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint and Outlook
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desirable:
 Previous experience within an IT / Services business
 Previous experience in a Procurement / sales support or business Operations function
