We currently have an opportunity for an Amazon Connect Engineer to join our highly successful AWS team in in ANZ based out of our Kings Street offices.
Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on AWS, specifically Amazon Connect and associated services to our clients.
Hands on implementation and delivery of solutions with DXC customers
Skills and Experience we are looking for:
Minimum 1yr experience in design and delivery of Amazon Connect environments >500 Seats
Must have strong experience designing and delivering Lambda functions, especially in context of external service integrations.
Experience designing and implementing end-to-end Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
Experience collaborating across multiple functional and/or technical teams to deliver an Agile-based project
Ability to communicate with clients on a business level and translate their needs into technical solutions
Contact centre knowledge and experience, including understanding of call flows, routing and queues, contact centre reporting and management.
