About the role
We have an opportunity for a Technical Services Manager (TSM) to join our team in Perth, WA. The Technical Services Manager (TSM) is accountable for achieving the regional technical services revenue and profit target. The TSM is responsible for qualifying deals with the Competency Lead and Account Manager as well as prioritising resources on complex and strategic deals to achieve revenue and profit. The TSM manages the combined technical consultant and solution consultant team and understands the importance of mentoring and professional development to motivate, retain and build a highly performing team and is seen as a capable Principle Solutions Consultant for one of the three core competencies: Network, Edge or DC.
Success at winning Complex Services deals >$1M
Minimum 15 years experience in technical delivery and solutioning one or more of the Core competencies
Strong Customer relationship management
Demonstrated negotiating skills within a constrained environment
Mentoring and professional development
Previous Experience in a managed service environment
C level relationships within customer base
Service Delivery and Project management experience
Degree or equivalent qualification in any IT discipline
Principal consultant level certification in one of the competency areas eg. CCIE
Architect methodogly certification eg. TOGAF
Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt
